FORGE is a young platform with one active project and a growing proprietary pipeline across Philadelphia.
5101–09 Westminster Ave.
A vacant, underutilized commercial structure at the corner of Westminster Ave and North 51st Street. FORGE will demolish and deliver 74 market-rate rental units across five stories, with ground-floor commercial space and structured parking. The site benefits from proximity to the Market-Frankford Line, SEPTA bus corridors, and Drexel University’s growing footprint. The project is funded directly through the Kaufman family office.
